I’m scheduled to activate home internet tomorrow and received the equipment in the mail.  I’ve just been informed that it would cause havoc in my house to switch from Bell due to a complicated setup here and so I want to cancel the activation (I know I’m to do it myself).  But I don’t know how to inform Koodo and I’ll need to return the equipment.  Anyone out there know how to do this?  

You need to cancel in Self Serve and then they will email you regarding the equipment return process.
