network lock request unsucessful

I have a Samsung Galaxy 5 phone. I entered the PUK and they xixnt work. Koodo is telling I must go t Samsung to get it unlocked.

Samsung says they dont unlock phones. I dont know what to do. Can anyone help me

Hi @CandaceLee 

If the Phone Unlock PIN has been entered incorrectly, the the Master Unlock code is needed. Samsung should be able to provide the Master Unlock code.
