Cancelling with Koodo

I am looking to switch my phone plan to a new provider. That said, I currently have my partner under my account wh does not want to leave. If I were to switch providers, will her plan automatically cancel as well?

All lines in your account are treated equal. Koodo doesn’t know which number is yours or hers. As long as your account has still one active phone line, that account should be ok (no cancellation).
