As per title, every call is private and call display is not working. Very annoying. I'm on a Pixel 7 and I tried adjusting in Settings and nothing seems to work.  It just started seemingly randomly, a few weeks ago. ​​​​​​Thanks in advance.  ​​​​​​

I would like to know if the Azores (Portugal) are still included in the destinations covered in the European Roaming package? The question was asked one year ago and Darius Koodo said yes, it was included. But this could have changed since last year, therefore I am asking the question again. Thanks 

When trying to connect to wifi calling, this is the message i receive when i enter my phone number to get an access code “ A System Error has occurred. Please try again later”. Been doing this for 3 days. Tried as many different things as this forum has suggestedAny help greatly appreciatedLester

Hello, I recently got the stream plus plan. I got all of them activated but telus tv. It set me up but on the koodo website it still shows activate, alongside I am getting emails asking to set it up from Koodo. How can I fix this, any assistance is apprecciatted thanks.

Hi, I got an extra SIM card in the mail. I already have my Koodo SIM set and running. What do I do with this new SIM?

I am getting Voice mails but my phone did not ring. There is no phone number related to the Voice mail and when I retrieve the VM it is Silent. This is happening 2x per day or more.  I have an iPhone 6S.  It started yesterday. When I look at my phone bill details there is no number only showing me retrieving the VM.

I purchased a new phone in February 2024.I also purchased a Kate Spade phone case and a Pure Gear Screen Protector….total purchase was $ 112.98.The screen protector has cracked and the phone case is defective. I went to kOODOO  as they are under warranty and now the company doesnt sell these items any more and the phone is discontinued. They told me I could buy another case for a discounted price  of $62.00….I try to get my screen protector replaced and you dont carry any in stock so now it will cost my $22.00 to have this item shipped to me.What a absolute disgrace to have this wonderful service when you buy a phone but only to find out it is a big scam!this is not acceptable!I am not happy with this service what so ever!

Hello,I will be spending some time in remote Yukon (Old Crow and some other sites).  I know Bell has furnished towers in remote communities, but I would like to confirm that Koodo as a 2nd tier Telus carrier will work fine up there.  My concerns is either my device being kicked off if enough Bell customers are using the tower, or my connection being throttled or only intermittently working whereas a Bell or Telus customer would work just fine.Thanks so much for any experience anyone has on this!

I had a rep call me and tell me to download the TELUS Health MyCare app and sign up and I can have access to a doctor or nurse. I did, and I don’t see the option. Just an option about travelling to the US and then being able to talk with one. Do I have to add additional information, such as my Koodo # or something? Or did this rep give me inaccurate information and give me false hope to believe that I could actually get healthcare here in Canada?

I recently migrated from my dying iPhone SE 1st generation to a new 3rd generation counterpart.  I don't recall setting up voicemail transcription, but I was surprised to find that this is how my voicemail is now coming in.  I found this page about that feature: : https://www.notta.ai/en/blog/voicemail-transcription-iphone.  It says the feature is controlled through my carrier.  Can I enable/disable voicemail transcription at whim?

I have basic voicemail with Koodo month to month plan, I was able to retrieve voicemails a few weeks ago and now when someone leaves a message and I go to voicemail box it says I have no messages.  i figured it out thanks had live voicemail auto enabled on device after sw update on iPhone. 

How do I check my data usage for the past six months? 

I’ve just opened a new account with Koodo and I’m trying to port my phone number.My phone number is currently with voip.ms, not a traditional carrier.In order to proceed with the port process, I need to respond to an SMS message. However, I haven’t received the SMS.My voip number often fails to receive automated SMS messages. (This is part of why I’m switching). I tried calling customer service, but again can’t proceed without being able to receive an SMS message. Is there another number I can call to speak to a representative?

Koodo is completely censoring my SMS messages!! This was in  Sept 2024.I confirmed this by trying to send the message from one Koodo to another; both directions. Hi!Travelling to the US from Canada for a week.It is looking like the best option for me is to purchase an eSim once I get to the US, I really like that I can download & set up before leaving Canada! However, I'm trying to figure out how to have texting included. I see that Saily doesn’t include texting but Airalo has the option but also includes calling, which I don’t need.Without going into a major rant about what I've gone through w/Koodo w/r/t removing the easy roam, I’m 100% unwilling to use either their easy roam or the pay per use option and want to avoid any opportunity for them to ding me.SO I guess my question is,  will taking my Koodo sim card out for the duration of my trip avoid any chance of being dinged for roaming for data or texting? Or do I have to go that far?And am I understanding correctly that by removing my sim card & using the eSim in the US, it won’t be my phone number that shows up if I text someone?I’m glad there are other cheaper options out there, b

I have an Arris TG3452 modem that I run in bridge mode. Can I bring this modem to Koodo Internet?
