I have basic voicemail with Koodo month to month plan, I was able to retrieve voicemails a few weeks ago and now when someone leaves a message and I go to voicemail box it says I have no messages.  i figured it out thanks had live voicemail auto enabled on device after sw update on iPhone. 

How do I check my data usage for the past six months? 

I’ve just opened a new account with Koodo and I’m trying to port my phone number.My phone number is currently with voip.ms, not a traditional carrier.In order to proceed with the port process, I need to respond to an SMS message. However, I haven’t received the SMS.My voip number often fails to receive automated SMS messages. (This is part of why I’m switching). I tried calling customer service, but again can’t proceed without being able to receive an SMS message. Is there another number I can call to speak to a representative?

Koodo is completely censoring my SMS messages!! This was in  Sept 2024.I confirmed this by trying to send the message from one Koodo to another; both directions. Hi!Travelling to the US from Canada for a week.It is looking like the best option for me is to purchase an eSim once I get to the US, I really like that I can download & set up before leaving Canada! However, I'm trying to figure out how to have texting included. I see that Saily doesn’t include texting but Airalo has the option but also includes calling, which I don’t need.Without going into a major rant about what I've gone through w/Koodo w/r/t removing the easy roam, I’m 100% unwilling to use either their easy roam or the pay per use option and want to avoid any opportunity for them to ding me.SO I guess my question is,  will taking my Koodo sim card out for the duration of my trip avoid any chance of being dinged for roaming for data or texting? Or do I have to go that far?And am I understanding correctly that by removing my sim card & using the eSim in the US, it won’t be my phone number that shows up if I text someone?I’m glad there are other cheaper options out there, b

I have an Arris TG3452 modem that I run in bridge mode. Can I bring this modem to Koodo Internet?

I came back from another country where I used another SIM. When I got back to Canada a few days ago, I put my Koodo SIM back to my phone and turned on “Cellular Data” and put  my “Primary” data network with Koodo on. I can use my phone but I cannot use my cellular data. When I tried to use email or Safari, the sign “Could not activate cellular data network: Turn on cellular data or use Wi-Fi to access data” comes up on the screen. What should I do?

Why can I not get over 25 MB per second? Have been on 5G for probably 8 months and I live on South Vancouver Island. The coverage map here shows 5G all around me. I don't think koodo may have changed my cap when I switch from LTE plan to 5G how do I get this looked at and changed?

We would like to take advantage of the streaming deal but the Koodo account is under one name and the streaming accounts are all under another... We'd like to try and change the Koodo account name so it then reflects the same details as the streaming accounts.Thanks!

Hello,I recently received a 12month free Apple TV+  offer. So I was able to redeem the code and followed the instruction in the email to activate the subscription.  however, when I tried to search movies that I wanted to watch on Apple TV app, it was showing rent or buy option and I could not watch almost a lot of shows and movies.  Is this normal?

I recently came across the Stream+ bundle through Koodo, and I’m interested in subscribing. Currently, I have monthly subscriptions to Amazon Prime, Netflix (Standard with ads), and Disney+ (Standard with ads). If I subscribe to Stream+, what will happen to these existing charges? For privacy issues, is it possible to have your home address blocked from other service providers such as Yellow Pages? 

The Amber Alert should be upgraded to remove the anoying sound and just display a message box that needs to be acknowledged like in the Unitedstates.This way people that are awake have no other choice than to see the message and can act accordingly.  It does not make any sense to wake up the hole country in the middle of the night at 3AM with the end of the world ringing!The kids are having panic attack every time and cannot go back to sleep.  This is a major stress-anxiety generator for everybody! Canada please do something!Jonathan

I have been receiving voicemail messages from a phone number I’ve already blocked. They continue to call me every day and I’ve not been able to find a solution to block their voicemails. Can you please let me know if there is a solution to this? 

Hi everyone!I keep getting these calls where someone with an accent calls me Ma'am. (I'm a guy tho)They say they're from Rogers with a great deal, and I've been saying I'm not interested and to put me on their no call list.Today they called me and I let the guy talk, and he inquired which provider I'm with. (He asked me Bell? Rogers? Virgin?)When I said "None of those, I'm with Koodo", the phone call hung up abruptly.I've blocked this number before, but they keep calling from different numbers (all staring with 514, which seems legit)I'm concerned now that this may have been a scammer who hung up as soon as they got what they wanted. So this leads to my question:What can a scammer do if they know my phone number and provider? And what steps can I take to protect myself?Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi, apologies I tried to find this answer reading other questions. I understand that with Stream + the Netflix rule against multiple households accessing it would still apply and not work. But I’m wondering if you’re still able to have multiple households access Prime and Disney Plus  (and set up multiple profiles) through the same login? Thanks!
