This is bloody poor service. I schedule a call back for 24 hours in the future (earliest I could get was 12 hours in the future). I receive the call back at approximately the requested time. After 90 seconds, I get disconnected from agent. The agent makes no attempt to reconnect. I was not combative or rude in any way (I was very friendly and cordial in every way [unlike the way I am feeling right now]), so there should have been no reason to be hung up on if that is what happened. Now I have to schedule another callback for 24 hours from now. What the HELL!!!
My emails and invoices sent to me by Koodo are now coming to me in French because I happen to live in Gatineau, but I am an English-speaking person. I cannot find any way within Self-Serve or Koodo Assist to tell me how to change my language preference to English. Does anyone know where and how I can do this, or do I need to schedule a call with an agent to get this sorted out?
My phone services have stopped working after couple of years without any problems.I check on a couple of things and strangely, the SIM card # on my koodo prepaid profile is not the same as the one in my phone…So I tried to change the card on my profile by entering the right number but the card is invalid.I checked the number a couple of times.Also tried the SIM card in 2 other phones and tried a good SIM card in my phone and it was working so the phone is fine.The card is detected and I can see the number, just no services.Could my card be damaged but still be detected?I could get a new one but wanna make sure the card is the problem and not a bug with on my profile.Thanks!
I have been with Koodo since 2017 and recently noticed especially start of tgis year tbat when I connect to mobile data there is latency and signal drops. Settings are automatic and exact parameters similar to when you manually set network up. This latency and signal drop is more evident when I am around Kanata. Are there ongoing issues with koodo network?
I am using data at home as a hotspot for my laptop and I am not able to work on my website which I work on using Squarespace. I have even tried on my phone and I can't get to the pages I need to get to to work on my website. I have not had any other issues with any other website except squarespace. What can I do?
I have tried numerous times to speak with a live rep. I’m always directed to a callback. However, EVERYTIME I’ve answered the callback, it doesn’t recognize any buttons I press on my keypad. This has happened over & over again. I’ve had to reach out to Telus to get them to transfer me to a live agent. What else can I do? Help, please!
Trying to activate a second line for my wife. Entering data to transfer her number from BellMTS , but it keeps saying my account number is invalid. The firm asks for account number OR IMEI number, but still it hangs up wanting a correct account number. I told Koodo when I ordered the second line it was for another person (who is not on MTS bill anywhere). Am I missing something?
Hi Koodo gurus,Yesterday I bought an iPhone 13 mini to replace my good ol’ iPhone 6. The guy at the Apple Store told me all I have to do is put the two phones close to each other with bluetooth and wifi ON, and all the data, apps, settings, etc would transfer via iCloud.But do I first have to take the SIM card out of the iPhone 6 and put it into the iPhone 13 mini?thank you!Gwenda
When I am in a poor reception area, and someone tries to call me, they don’t hear any ringing on their end and eventually they get a message saying the call can not be competed as dialed. No opportunity to leave voicemail even. Tried switching sim to a loaner phone, and still the same issue, so assuming it’s not an issue with the phone itself. However, if I turn the phone off, they can leave a voicemail. This just started happening a while ago. Could it be a faulty sim card?
After changing my phone from S Note 5 to S22 ultra recently, 1. I have realized that my email sub folders that were moved to the new phone are no longer opening. Also the Sent folder is not opening. Only subfolders I created on the current phone are opening. I never experienced anything like this on my Note 5.Can I uninstall and reinstall the Yahoo Mail app? 2. Furthermore, I have been having serious issues logging into self service as it almost always times out with proxy connection messages. Even in incognito mode. It works sometimes and fails other times.Log out button also doesn't show.I reported on this earlier but no permanent solution has been provided yet.
For over a week I have been unable to receive phone calls. If I’m looking directly at the phone when a call comes in I can see the notification pane appear briefly, but before I can react to it the call is sent directly to voicemail. It’s a Samsung Galaxy A50. I spent over an hour on the phone with 3 different reps at Samsung support, but he finally declared that he’d exhausted every troubleshooting avenue they knew to try, and that I should talk with my phone carrier. I’ve been unable to get any kind of appropriate response via the chatbot, so I want to schedule a callback.But of course I can’t answer their calls! I don’t have access to another phone number to use.Can the callback agents contact me via WhatsApp? Or what other recourse do I have?
Since attempting to port my old number to my new Koodo SIM, I've had no incoming calls or texts, no outgoing texts, only outgoing calls.I accepted the port on my old SIM, phone recognizes ported phone number on the new SIM, but no incoming calls or texts. It's been over 12 hours.I need to contact customer support but CANNOT receive a callback. I need a number To Call.
I have a very hard understanding native English speakers over the phone and this issue is much worse if someone has an accent from outside North America. Every other company I have to deal with has online/mobile chat with a real person or can be contacted via email. Is there any option like that for koodo because I can’t understand the answers I’m being given or the even the offers their reps are trying to sell me. I used to receive emails and texts but now it’s only via phone calls.This is even worse since I can’t find a number to call them at anymore and they want me to make a callback appointment which won’t work if I can’t understand the person and I’ll have to make a new appt for the next day at earliest instead of just trying again right away.
Anyone else completely fed up with koodo ? No representatives available to answer questions or assist with any issues . Only time you can speak with anyone is if you owe them money. Wait 2 or 3 or even upto 5 days for a callback to help with the simplest of issues . I've been a Koodo customer for 12 years now and I'm done paying money for subpar services and non-existent customer service . Adios Koodo ✌️
