Hi everyone. I got a new sim today and I haven't given anyone my number. I've gotten 2 calls from debt collectors on a space of 2 hours. They're mentioning a name I don't know. How do i stop this from happening? Or do I just change my number?

It is likely a number that was reused. You can take the call and let them know that they have the wrong person. They should be able to remove your number from their list.
