I JUST NEED TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN

I am setting up my internet, its finally all hooked up but I was told by the installer to call in and ask for the password. I have requested a callback MULTIPLE TIMES, each time they call me and say HIT 1 to speak with a rep, it says , “sorry, we did not get that” I am about to lose my F***** mind. I already have had a hellish time with this company just to get a guy to come in and install the needed cables to my place. And that took a week…..this is idiotic.

can someone just send me a direct phone number so I can speak with a HUMAN……..

Which password are you looking for? If you're trying to login to the router the username should be admin and the admin password should be printed in the bottom of the router.

The default wifi network information should also be printed on the bottom of the router.

I have tried that one already, it will not accept it.

I used the S/N number on the bottom of the white modem.

S/N would be a serial number, not a wifi password. There should be a sticker under the removable cover on the bottom of the modem like this:
