Is Koodo ashamed to give out their phone number so some one can talk to a live rep for information?

nope! They have just moved to a call back / online service model so that you don’t have to wait on call music for hours anymore, so there is no longer a direct phone number. To have someone call you, you can actually set a time for them to ring you at through your self serve account or by going through the call back steps at Koodo.com/help and following the instructions asked by the chat bot. Besides that, you can actually message a rep directly through their Facebook and X profiles it’s different but saves you time waiting for someone to pick up on the phone and you will reach someone.
