My SIM card is damaged so I need to replace it. I’m with Koodo Prepaid already; nothing’s changing except the card. The instructions that I got via FB Messenger (eventually, after waiting days) tell me to:

  1. Select the Phone Services tab
  2. Select the Change SIM Card tab

But there IS NO phone services tab and I can’t find the option to just change SIM card anywhere, even by searching. I’m linking the page. I’m leaving on a trip tomorrow and it’s really frustrating that my kids won’t be able to easily get hold of me.

The prepaid services option was changed recently. Can you take a snapshot of what you saw in your prepaid service screen? (hide all personal information before posting pls). The change option might be embedded in the “Profile” section on the left the Prepaid selfserve screen.
