Premium channels

I signed up for the premium package at the higher price only to get commercials on Prime and lost all the extra channels I had with Disney +. How was this such a great deal?? Prime is 9.99 a month, which is what we paid prior to signing up and was ad free. Why were we subject to ads and channel line up loss?

Stream+ Premium comes with the premium versions of Netflix and Disney+ and the regular Amazon Prime. Prime by default has ads. To remove ads there is an extra $2.99 fee. This is a new change they made within the past few months.

There are a 17% savings vs buying the subscriptions individually plus if you’re a Koodo customer you can save an additional $5 off per month which makes it 37% in total savings.

Have you removed the previous subscription? Which day is your billing date for the subscription? I wonder if you can only get update at the end of the billing date.

Should still be there, just it’s all been shifted over to the “Star” category.

Here’s an example of an FX show under the Star Originals category.
