I wouldn't trust giving any personal info from a cold call. Even if it is legit, tell them to make a note of the offer on your account and you can request a callback via koodo assist or to add the offer to your self serve account. 

I agree with Dennis. I picked up a cold call with  koodo coming up on my screen. I only said that I wasn't interested in the offers that they had and if I wanted something,  I would contact them. Then I hung up. There are way to many scams out there,  from EVERYWHERE.
