i use to be able to connect to the number, its an English cell phone number….when i call it now i get a message...1b1 the client you are trying to reach is not available…….its in a north american accent not english accent…..i can send a text to the number and she receives it. i can call all other english numbers, cell and landlines...just this one im having trouble with, i need this fixed. Her provider in England has tried everything there end so now i am trying here.

I am not a Koodo customer so I don’t think I will get a text or e-mail to complete a survey, and I would like to share feedback about an employee I spoke with who was very helpful, efficient, and kind. Is there an e-mail address I can contact?

Since recently moving to Koodo from Rogers I have noticed quite lower response time on my phone especially in downtown Toronto.  Anyone else?

I am brand new Koodo user.   the LTE/4G service so far is good,  download speed around 10M, upload around 3M.   browsing are good.  I just found I can’t use any VOIP service through my phone.   like Fongo,   and even video and voice chat  via wechat.   My previous carrier is Fido.   LTE/4G are similar service and speed, never had any issue with VOIP. Does it happen to anyone else?  Thank you

We have recently purchased a phone for my daughter. our whole family uses the same last 4 digits. In the self serve option it only lets me pick the area code and first 3. If I contact support can they help me try and find the last 4 digits I am looking for. Koodo assist is not being helpful.

All of a sudden I cant access my voicemail ...When I git the voicemail button it appears to go to my voicemail service then immediately ends the call 

Outside of CanadaCannot access my voicemail and have been blocked.How to access again?

Hello,I am in India and i can’t use the sim. On my phone it says “Emergency Calls Only”I want to just receive the texts. I don’t need Roaming.

Is anyone had any luck calling in to upgrading their current plan to a promo plan without having to add another line? I'm at $75 20gb and they are running a promo for $70 30gb, I've gone over the 20gb frequently due to my job.

Hello! I upgraded to a new phone a few months ago, the first bill was paid Oct 27th.  But there was supposed too be 3 months free Apple offer tent to me, It never came? How is it delivered? Am I missing something?ThxJason

Tried to reach a human being 3 times at Koodo.  First time, I try and navigate to a person. No luck. You are forced to use their Call-Back “service”; there is no option to talk to a human being. I set up an appointment.  They call, put me on hold, can’t resolve my question so, I’m put on hold until a REAL customer service rep. is available. 20 minutes later….had to go to work.  What is the point of an “appointment”?Set up a call back a second time….yep, they call.  I get music.  Then, I am told, no “service reps” available and they HANG UP ON ME! Click.Wow.  Someone doesn’t understand that keeping customers is as important as getting new customers. Done.

Hi there!  The past couple of days I have not been able to receive calls or text messages to my Koodo line.  I can make calls, and send texts, and data works just fine.  I’ve been with Koodo over a year so no porting, and my billing is up to date.I’ve reset my phone, reset the network settings, checked to ensure no forwarding/DND issues.  It literally just stopped working and I can’t figure out why.  I can’t take a call from support because I can’t receive calls and facebook support has been silent.Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello! I have an odd issue when roaming worked fine in the US and a week later in Cuba it didn’t work at all.  I wasn’t able to connect to Cuba’s mobile operator neither automatically nor manually.  The error during manual connection was “Your SIM card does not allow a connection to this network”.  How could it work in one country and not in another?  The phone was restarted - to no avail.Thanks!

Broken screen on my new TCL 20s and I bought the cell on line and because I don't have extended warranty on it it all comes out of my pocket anybody out there that can help me find a place that will fix the screen in Calgary Alberta. Desperately need the communities help

Hi I would like to unlock my iPhone SE that I purchased from Koodo in 2016. In the FAQ, it says "From the Self Serve dropdown menu, select Mobile services". but under my Self Service, I cannot find that option.

HelloI have 2 lines in Koodo.I live in Vaudreuil.From the morning of the 29th, I can't make phone calls in my house.  But when I visited CF Fairview Point Clare today, I was able to call.I still can't use the phone with only the word "No service area" displayed on my cellphone.This is my first time doing something like this, what should I do?

Unable to make or receive calls  after set up. But can still text. Anyone have an idea?  Thank you. I reset and took my card back out. No luck.

I’m trying to call a landline number in Hungary. Every time they answer the phone, we can only talk for 1-2 seconds, then the call gets interrupted with usually a 1B1 or sometimes a 1H1 message.My account is in good standing and I was able to call the same number up until a few weeks ago without problems, but lately this 1B1/1H1 disconnection happens for every single call.Can someone please help forwarding this to the right technical team at Koodo / Telus?Thanks!Zsolt ps. My data works fine and I have good service. But everytime I go to make a phone call it is just silent. No rings go through, nothing happens. My boyfriend's phone is the same thing. He is on my plan. We both have an Huawei, different phones but same plan. I can't get in contact with Koodo considering I can't call and there's no way to chat online with someone. I can call fine when i am not in this specific town, what is going on? What do I do.
