I am currently with rogers and would like to buy a phone online and sign up for a plan online - how do I port my existing cell phone number to Koodo? Do I do this before or after purchasing my phone / SIM card from the website? When do I cancel my existing service

You would do it after.
Once you get the new phone/sim you can login to your online account and follow the steps below to port your number over to Koodo. Doing this will cancel your services services Rogers so you won't have to contact them at all to cancel.
