Hello,

Could someone explain to me why I am getting data warning on my phone at 2gb when I pay for 6gb?   I get those in my phone data usage.

@Jewels1966 Can you pls share a screenshot of what you are getting? I don’t see any notification sent from us to you at 2Gb usage. And indeed your plan has 6gb included in it. 

If you are saying it’s your own device giving you notifications, then it is likely set p on your end, which we have no control over, but you should be able to reset it yourself.

Which device are you using? Depending on the phone you use, you are able to change the data usage limit set on your phone. 


Settings>Connections>Data Usage>Billing Cycle and Data Warning 


My phone itself was set for data warning at 2gb so we changed it to 5gb.  I thought the warnings were from koodo.  Hahaha sorry technically challenged here.  Thanks for all the help koodo family!
