FOUND locked iphone, Port Elgin ON

I have a found iphone in the Saugeen SHores Ontario area.  Want to reconnect it with the owner.  Its locked with no Emerg conttact, data or wifi.  I have the SIM number hoping that KOODO can contact the owner.

    nearest koodo kiosk is at a walmart.  not goin there.
