how do I connect my pc through my phone?

I was called by a koodo rep today (showed telus). At first the rep was courteous and asked how I have been doing. Then he tried to sell me home security, which I promptly turned down. He was uncomfortably insistent. I had to turn him down 4 times, each time explicitly stating that my decision is final. I told him I am not interested in extra services and I will only proceed if he has a promotion regarding my existing service. He then tried to sell me new services twice more. At this point I am frustrated and told him enough is enough. He immediately hung up on me. I have been koodo customer for 4 years and what a bizarre experience and a terrible business model. I had politer calls from chimney sweep scammers.  Do this happen to others?

Would like to cancel  one of my cell phone numbers on my account and cancel insurance for this number as well. That cellphone and sim card physically doesn’t exist anymore. Online assist trying to arrange the rep’s call back on this number.  What the way to reach the real person? Or ask rep to call on another number?Thanks!

Hi All,Please i need help activating call forwarding remotely. I travelled out of Canada without activating it and currently need to do so now. Is this possible? or do i have to be in canada to activate it?

I noticed a Mobile Master here addressing user as “Odd Person”  for reporting defects with their iPhone. I wasn’t sure what Odd Person meant. So, I googled it….This is what google suggested: Basically the user is exhibiting odd behavior because they have an issue that they identified with their iPhone? Because they have pointed out that CPO iPhone have fake parts and does not meet what Koodo claims. When I get a voicemail, I do not get a notification. When I click on the phone icon, on my iPhone, it shows no red dot or notification on the voicemail icon. Is this a glitch or is this expected? The only way I know if I have a voicemail now is from me going in and checking after I get a phone call

Hi!Every year I will be out of Canada for 4 months and I will use another sim card for my phone when I’m not here. So can I cancel my Koodo mobile in those 4 months and buy a new sim card when I return to Canada? Because I just don’t want to pay $50/month for the thing I don’t use. Thank you for supporting me :)!

Is there a way to send calls directly to voicemail?  I know and have used the code to specify the number of seconds before a call goes to voicemail but the minimum is 5 seconds.  We are new to Koodo and have maybe an unusual situation.  We live in a fairly remote part of the Yukon Territory with very limited cell sevice at home--we can get texts but not voice calls.  Right now when people dial our number, they hear either silence or a busy signal and it never goes to voicemail.  If I bring the phone to the nearest community with cell service, voicemail works fine, kicking in after the 15 seconds I’ve specified.  We don’t need voicemail when we’re away from home with the phone in a sevice area though--we can just answer the phone.  We need it when we’re at home and out of service.  We had this same issue when we were with Bell.  Our fix ended up being specifying that all calls went directly to voicemail.  This worked but it was annoying to have it go to voicemail when we were in a se

I am a new Koodo member and  I am trying to transfer my phone number from Telus to Koodo. I tried last night and today to transfer my number and it keeps telling me my account number is incorrect (which it isn’t). I also tried putting in the Device serial number (IMEI) and it still comes back with the same message “Heads up ! The account number you've entered is incorrect. Please try again”Koodo assist is useless. Anyone who how to fix the issue or how to contact Koodo to speak to an actual person? 

I got a call from 866 448 8030, they said I had a offer from koodo as someone who left the service a year ago. When i agreed to the plan they asked for my name, address,  DOB and my FULL SIN number. Before i gave them information i asked them to verify they were koodo and they sent me a “How to transfer sim card” email using the email koodo@e.koodomobile.com to my perrsonal email - was this a phishing call? I ended up giving my SIN number to them thinking they were Koodo but now I am not sure. Please help.

Hi,I ported my number over to koodo and my VoLTE is not active and is not showing up on the self serve. Also, I'm unable to enable wifi calling on my Pixel 7. Please advice.

Most links I click like an article on Facebook comes up as an error that says “Connection timed out”. When I switch to wifi, it works fine. I get this issue only on data.

I have recently lost my iPhone abroad in Switzerland. I was thinking of buying a new iPhone (unlocked) here in Switzerland and bringing it back with me. I will also be getting a new SIM card as well, will I be able to use the phone back in Canada with a new SIM card or will it have problems?

I updated my phone number roughly 24 hours ago, and I am experiencing a weird issue. I was using a temp number with Koodo for a few days while my original number was being released from another provider. Once the number was released, I transferred the number to my Koodo account via Self Serve, tested it out and it appeared to be working properly. Sooo, the issue I later found out is that when I message or call my contacts who use iPhone my number is showing up as expected (the proper number which I transferred to my account), however, when I message or call my contacts who use Android it is not coming through as my proper number, it is coming through as the temp number which Koodo supplied – for context, I am using a Google Pixel 7 Pro. I have scheduled a callback with Koodo but hoping this can get resolved quicker than waiting for the callback.

When I try to transfer my phone number from Fizz to my new phone with fido there is an error message. I fill my name, IMEI and old number with no issue, but I get a message saying my account number is incorrect (it is correct). What can I do?

Hi,I tried to enable wi-fi calling on my Pixel 6 Pro but however many times  I try it just says “Please contact your provider to enable wi-fi calling”I checked that my account for the phone already has the add on enabled:  Koodo VoLTE Access Also, I tried to go directly to: https://ent.telus.com/acmegw-android/entitlement/e911  to enter emergency info that’s required for wifi calling.. but that doesn’t work either as it does nothing on submitting my contact info.Please let me know how I can resolve this problem.

I have been a customer with Koodo since 12 years and currently with Data issues, they are not able to give me the service. I asked if loyalty department can give me the similar package I seek and the lady (loyalty department staff) I spoke with started getting defensive. I told the lady I am thankful to the person who was helping me (tech team). Unfortunately, after 12 years of staying with Koodo, I am moving to Freedom as they are able to give better service. I tried my best to stay loyal with Koodo, but some staff just makes no effort to help you and unfortunately this loyalty department staff that I just spoke with now just gave me the feeling to just say good bye to Koodo and leave Koodo on a bad note.  

Hello. I bought a phone yesterday that turned out to be an American version. I inserted my sim and calling and data work fine, but I'm worried about roaming fees since the phone is not a Canadai variant. Does anyone know if I will be charged for using a Koodo sim card on it?

I would like to upgrade my phone.When I log into my account, there's one offer available that I can earn a $254.25 bill credit for 15months when I upgrade to select phones.If I upgrade to new phone, I have to change the plan over $60 as well.  Currently, there's plan offer too. It is available to new activations or phone upgrades with the tab for existing customers. (Up to $254 in bill credits over 15 months. How nice is that?! When I checked after adding the phone and plan to the cart, the total amount of the tab and plan amount to be paid every month is displayed, and only the amount that credits are given only when upgrading the phone is specified at the bottom. The curious thing is that there are two offers, but I don't know why it says that only one gives credit. Nowhere does it say that i can't use both offers, but I'd like to check if I can get a bill credit for the plan.I appreciate it if you could answer to my question asap.

I was reading in the related topic that there is a way to disable receiving texts from email applications. Since the only text I get from email are spam/scams, I would like to disable them.@Flo Koodo (or any other Koodo rep that happens to be reading) you’ve helped people in the other thread with this issue, can I get a PM as well to make the texts go away - I have been reporting them, but they still happen Cheers

I changed my Koodo account email a couple years ago but my Koodo Community email remains the same and I have been unable to find a way to change it. 

Hi, I am a current Koodo user,I have been trying to purchase the new iphone 11 + 50GB for $45 promo for the past three days.I keep getting error messages that something went wrong every time I am about to finish checking out. I assume it’s because the web traffic is probably heavy. But either way, at this rate, i feel like I will miss the promotion.Koodo Assist has been pretty useless so far. Can’t schedule a callback until Friday for me.I do not even know who to reach out to.Could I get some help with this?

When I call my voicemail I receive the usual announcement, but none of the number keys is responsive. If I press 1, nothing happens.  Same with the other number keys.  It goes through the basic voicemail announcement. Then the call fails.  Have tried setting up voicemail again, and am unable to.  Every way I try to get into voicemail has the same result.  Otherwise, my phone is acting fine, I can send and receive calls.
