Hi, I am a current Koodo user,

I have been trying to purchase the new iphone 11 + 50GB for $45 promo for the past three days.

I keep getting error messages that something went wrong every time I am about to finish checking out. I assume it’s because the web traffic is probably heavy. But either way, at this rate, i feel like I will miss the promotion.

Koodo Assist has been pretty useless so far. Can’t schedule a callback until Friday for me.

I do not even know who to reach out to.

Could I get some help with this?

When did the error happen. Was it at the end of the purchase?

As of now, if your self-serve didn't work, you should go to a Koodo kiosk or a retail to get the deal.


i’m having this issue too. once i was able to get to the checkout finally, but by the time i went to find my card the page refreshed and i have continued to get the error message ever since. Koodo assist is totally useless! I’ve tried three different browsers across three different devices, and still no luck. 

I don’t think you can get the deal at a kiosk, it says online only.
