When I try to transfer my phone number from Fizz to my new phone with fido there is an error message. I fill my name, IMEI and old number with no issue, but I get a message saying my account number is incorrect (it is correct). What can I do?

This community is for Koodo Mobile, not Fizz or Fido.

I would contact Fizz to ask them what the issue is with the request/account number.


Fizz is the company I’m transfering from, my new phone is with koodo.

Do they have a number? I have been trying to find one.

Are you using an 8 digit number starting with a 2 or 3 for the account number?

I ended up scheduling a call back with the chat
