Wondering if the new koodo internet is provided by their network the same way my phone gets it or if it is the more common wire to a modem. I need internet that is non invasive to the property i rent, the landlord here won't allow anything done to the house and there is already 2 separate people getting internet from fibre optic modems
When i log into my self serve and go to browse for a possible phone upgrade i get this message on my screen. Wait a sec...It looks like you can't add a line or upgrade your phone online. When i go to add something to my cart it also says items you are trying to add to your cart are not compatible with items in your cart when the cart is already empty.

I am in Mexico and my old Pixel 7 needs to be replaced. I am using an eSIM for Koodo and a physical SIM for the Telcel network. My new phone is a Galaxy S23 and I will be switching the physical Telcel SIM to it and using a new Koodo eSIM voucher to switch my Canadian number to the new phone. My question is, will be able to activate the new eSIM without being connected to the Koodoo network?

Hi there, I am abroad and am not receiving MFA texts. I am on iOS, I made sure my data roaming is on on my Koodo account (and I had an email confirmation about it) and is toggled on on my iPhone, my wifi calling is on, I've got network coverage here (got bars) but no still no incoming texts. I checked to make sure the numbers were no blocked and that my text inbox is in capacity to receive texts. I did other 101 troubleshooting too (airplane mode on/off, restarted my phone, I know for a fact that local network is not blocking texts because I visited here before but used to be on Bell then). I am out of ideas as to why I am not getting any incoming texts anymore, really need that 2 step MFA on. I called my bank for a 1 time permission but wanted to connect with Koodo customer service and see what’s up, maybe something with my account. Thank you!
Have receently installed Koodo Home internet and now my magic jack home phone does not work. I have unplugged, reset all euipment and still no luck. Looking online it has been suggested that I have provider “open ports 5060 through 5070 on the router/modem” Help…….

Hi, considering purchasing Koodo home internet. I have rogers already. I want a second internet connection in my house. Can I keep rogers active in parallel with Koodo or will Koodo require use of the same internet cable from outside the house? What modem is being used? Can it be set to bridge mode? Who is the provider of the infrastructure Koodo is using? How do we get support if the service goes down?
Does anyone know what transport medium the new Koodo Internet Service is carried on in Ontario? Is it a re-sale of Cable/ADSL from a wholesale provider like Rogers/Bell, or is it using the Koodo/Telus wireless network? Something else?Thanks!
I have an iPhone 11. And yesterday my phone went into SOS mode and it won’t connect to the net work. I cannot phone anybody and I cannot receive phone calls either. I have googled this problem and spent lots of time trying everything I can find. Still nothing working. I have tried to message Koodo on the Facebook page and no response back. How do I get help?
Bought an Apple Refurbished iPhone 12 Pro and upgraded my plan to a 5g speed 60 gig plan . Question I am asking is I have the original sim card in my iPhone 8 and it does work on 4g obviously so I am reading it will work for 5G as well. Do i need a new sim card for the new iPhone or don't worry about it everything will work fine.
I live in a small valley where cell coverage is one bar at best. Wifi calling is my only option for reliable phone service while at home. Surrounding areas all have adequate coverage and this cellular desert problem applies to only about 11 houses. While wifi calling serves well under normal circumstances, during a power outage there is NO service. Is there a solution to this?.I’ve been told that a modem connected to a UPS will not solve this problem during an outage. I am seeking reliable solutions, as not having connectivity in a power outage is unsafe and problematic.
I’m currently living close from the Baie-James. Is it true that my service is going to be shut down after 3months because only Bell is allowed to use those towers for long term. People told me that companies affiliated to Videotron need to changed companies since we cant use our service after 3 months.

I seem to be getting all calls and text/imessages from individual people. But in group imessage, I only get about 80% of the messages. Therefore, I get confused when I only get messages 1,2,5,6 etc in a thread. Would appreciate any help! thank you
