Got email saying it was shipped Sep 13. Today’s Sep 28 yet it still hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

I’d recommend emailing the webstore team koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com so they can ship a sim card replacement.

Alternatively, you can visit a store nearby to get a sim card replacement, and then perform a sim swap. https://koo.do/InfoSIM
