I need to transfer my Koodo number to my new bell account. Per Bell I need Koodo to unlock my Koodo number for this to be complete, however I canceled my koodo account yesterday and change SIM’s yesterday, so my old number is basically deactivated and Koodo new calling service makes it impossible to talk to a rep. 

Can I please schedule a call back to my Temporary Bell number?

I don’t believe that you can port a number after the cancellation date. You are not supposed to cancel plans if you want to port numbers. That’s for any carrier. I would schedule a callback with a Koodo rep asap on Koodo assist (you can give any number you want to get a callback) to get this reversed while the number is still held in reserve.
