Hello, I was wondering if I order a new phone, and plan online - would my current phone number with Koodo be carried over to this new phone/sim card I purchase? I hope that makes sense. Thank you for all your assistance.

I traveled out of the country for 1 month and I see a charge of $180 (with taxes) on my bill; upon calling Koodo customer care and explaining them that I and my wife did not make any calls, Koodo insisted that they see calls/voicemails were made.. after speaking for more than 90 mins, they were ready to waive $40, and then when I said “we never made any calls or checked our voicemails”, they decided to waive $58 (instead of $40)I am trying to understand how I can get my other $122 back, and who I should reach out to; as Koodu rep said there is no one else who can helpI am very disappointed with the overall experience 

Hello there,I have a question regarding my current account. I still have a remaining tab balance of $480, which I am scheduled to pay off over the next 15 months. Additionally, I have a Tab Bonus balance of $226.20. As a loyal Koodo customer for over nine months, I am interested in paying off my remaining tab balance in one lump sum payment.However, I am unclear about what would happen to the remaining Tab Bonus balance if I choose to do so. I was informed that if the Tab Bonus balance is over three months old, I can pay off the remaining tab balance without having to pay the Tab Bonus balance. Can you please confirm if this is accurate or if there are any other factors that I should consider?Thanks

I wanna cancel some add-ons with me prepaid plan. But I can’t find the “Manage add-ons” link in the prepaid self service. I can only find the purchase add-ons link.Does anyone know how to solve it?

There is IMEI2 which is the eSim with other service provider, and there is IMEI, which is for the physical Sim, but is not used and is empty. I cannot use the account number as there are multiple lines on that account with the other service provider. 

I upgraded my plan recently so I would qualify for Koodo tab on a new phone. After I switched over the promotional data add-on I purchased in February disappeared and I now have less data than before. I am now paying more money for less data per month.

I just received the SIM and I insert to the phone. It said SOS only. please help to reconnect my SIM. Thanks!Solved by using another new SIM card and changed SIM number

There is $15/unlimited calling in US but there are some exclusions. Would area code 719 in Colorado Springs be excluded? If so, what’s the best plan? I live in Canada. What about unlimited texting?

I am abroad and used data for Google maps. I see that the charge is $5/mb, so I'm wondering if I should now sign up for easy oam. If I sign up now, will I still have to pay $5/mb for the data I've already used today? 

Hi there, I was travelling in mexico for a month and used an e-sim while away. I had my roaming cellular data turned off,  and had the e-sim as my primary, but kept my phone number active as I still wanted to receive texts and incoming calls. From what I had read online I would only have the easy roam turned on when data was used and since I had turned this off, I assumed I would not get charged the $15 per day. Here is where I’m not clear what I did wrong. I received a 1 min phone call that I answered while away. (it was a restaurant confirming a reservation). When I got my bill, that call some how triggered the easy roam and I was charged the $15.  I was under the assumption that this charge would have come through as a pay-per use . Can you provide assistance as to what I did incorrectly, and what I need to do so that this doesn’t happen again. My hunch is that I should remove the easy roam, but perhaps there are other options.  Thank yo

The call back request just goes to voicemail without even the phone ringing. (The call back number is not blocked so please dont put any comments related to that) I have recently moved from telus to koodo and it has been like that since.Can't even speak to an agent to solve the issue because of that. Currently using monthly 45$ 6gb plan

Hello, I currently have a 4G LTE plan but looking to switch plans. The plan I am looking to switch it is just 4G. Which is better and if 4G is the lesser of the two plans, will I notice a huge difference?Thank you, 

i've lost my koodo sim and my personal handset, can i somehow order a koodo handset and add it to my sim contract? And get both the handset and a new sim card sent out to me?I’m located in Whistler with no vehicle so i’m not sure it’s going to be easy for me to go into a koodo store to get a new sim card :( But since i need a new handset anyway… can I possibly get it sent to me with the phone somehow?

I am new to Koodo and received my first bill. I got charged for 2 messages sent to the US from Canada and my plan includes unlimited international text and picture messaging sent from Canada. Why was I charged ?

Got text says I'm roaming in the US and the charges. I'm not in the US. Why am I getting this and how do I stop it?

Paid bill April 4th, was received by Koodo April 4th and yet was still charged reconnection fee. (New cycle started April 5th).

So I don’t know if this is offered to all Bell clients , but it was sent to me from a friend who has other bell services and I think this is offered to only those who also have bell internet. Comments please as we just spent way too much at 11.00/ day even though we tried to limit our usage.It adds up fast if your gone for more than a couple of weeks , seems Koodo would or should have a snowbird type plan to retain customers traveling south of the border for extended periods of time as the US carriers are much more “all inclusive “ competitive than they once were.  I have very much enjoyed my years with Koodo , is it time to switch?TksPete

Currently have a $50 12gb plan with a $3 25gb add on.I received a promotion where if I want a new phone Koodo will waive the rest of my tab. Went for a CPO iPhone 12 pro max on tab basic, which my plan was eligible for. However on the checkout screen it doesn't show my add-on anywhere.Anyone know if I would be sacrificing my $3 25gb add on if I commit to this phone and tab? It's really unclear.

I am located in Toronto and my partner is located in Greenstone, ON for work.Both of our phone plans are with Koodo and we both have Canada-wide minutes on our plans. However, my partner was charged for long-distance calls. What is going on?

Hello! I got a bill of 69 $ instead of 50 $. I was connected to Koodo on April 4th on a plan 50 $ for 25 Gb. How this bill can be fixed? 

I was viewing my new home, great time for this to happen!! While I was there I got a notification saying ‘Koodo: Welcome to USA. Roaming pay-per-use rates are $1.60/min, data $10/50MB, outgoing text messages $10/100 texts (up to 160 characters per text). All incoming texts are free. Visit koodo.com/easyroam for more info’. And the other two messages that come with it. The thing is I went about 20 minutes from my current home, in the same country, not close to the border. Am I going to be charged for using data in another country even though I never left?

Hi, I have just received this email from Koodo. Also texts about roaming offers. I’ve been all day in Toronto nowhere near US. Could someone have cloned my sim card? If Easy Roam is active for them, they'll be charged $14/day for the days that they use their monthly plan's minutes, data or texts. While using Easy roam on a trip, will I have access to send/receive email ?

Hello. I can't send long sms messages,  but I can receive them. Short ones send out without issue but after a certain length they just sit and sit and won't send. Is there a network issue? I've tried restarting my phone and checking for updates
