Got text says I'm roaming in the US and the charges. I'm not in the US. Why am I getting this and how do I stop it?

If you reside or frequently travel near the US border, it is recommended to disable automatic network selection and manually choose Koodo as your mobile network operator. To prevent incurring additional charges, it is advisable to switch off data roaming.
It is best to hold off on disputing the roaming charges until your monthly bill has been generated. You can revisit your post after you have reviewed your bill and inform us that you wish to have the charges reversed.
