I upgraded my plan recently so I would qualify for Koodo tab on a new phone. After I switched over the promotional data add-on I purchased in February disappeared and I now have less data than before. I am now paying more money for less data per month.

Some plan changes remove promotional add-ons. Would you like us to flag a rep to see if you can return to your old plan?
