I am new to Koodo and received my first bill. I got charged for 2 messages sent to the US from Canada and my plan includes unlimited international text and picture messaging sent from Canada. Why was I charged ?

+4If you signed up with Koodo recently, your plan might not include international SMS/MMS. If possible, can you post the detail of your plan here? (Hide/delete all personal information before posting pls)

You could certainly change it the international SMS feature better suits your needs.
