I am located in Toronto and my partner is located in Greenstone, ON for work.

Both of our phone plans are with Koodo and we both have Canada-wide minutes on our plans. However, my partner was charged for long-distance calls. What is going on?

Are you certain you and your partner’s plans include Canada-wide minutes?

Is it you or your partner that got charged long distance? You were mentioning in the title that you got charged, but then in your message it is mentioning that your partner got charged.

Did your partner recently change their plan? That may explain why they may be charged.

@mobilepl4n The line that incurred the charges has a $15 a month plan that includes 100 Canada wide minutes per month. Going over that would come with additional charges.  You can see the detailed number of minutes used for the last month on the pdf version of your bill.
