I’m I bought a 50$ top up card from metro an. I have my code. ####045*******20## but it says I need the pin what’s the pin code if the one I got isn’t it no where on the paper does it show a pin code just the long one 

I recently bought a new phone & decided to switch to Koodo. Trying to port my number from Rogers & so far have made over six attempts. Always get an error message at the end of the process saying “ Something went wrong, please try again”. I have no idea what the issue is. Can someone please help?

I would like to switch my number from Rogers to Koodo prepaid but phone and I in the U.S. for many months - I have the new SIM am I able to do it while outside Canada?

Hi, I bought my prepaid Sim Card a few days ago but I‘m unable to pay for a plan. I do have an international credit card, but I cannot register it because Koodo is asking for an american phone number to schedule the callback (I obviously don‘t have one yet). So I decided to try my luck with a voucher. Koodo is still asking for a credit card number even tho I‘m paying with a voucher. How do I pay for my plan? It’s frustrating to not have international credit cards or PayPal as an option.

I’m on a Canada wide free long distance plan.  I made a call to a 1-954 area code (Florida) and spoke for 10 minutes.  My most recent bill shows an extra !!$8 charge!!!!What a surprise. But this is price gouging plain and simple. Robbery.When I go to the self serve option… I cannot even find the “normal” rate charge for a call to the USA.If I knew it was 80 cents a minute, I would not have used Koodo.I want to contest this...

How do I get Koodo to mail my bills?? Is there no option for it I need proof of my residence!!

Hi I was charged for long distance phone conversations  in december when I did not answer the phone calls that I received from the US. Why am I being charged and can I get this charge cancelled?

I have been having problems receiving phone calls from certain contacts - where it won’t ring on my end and just send the person straight to my voicemail without ringing. I’ve check all possible settings on my phone and am now led to believe it might be an issue with my sim card. I am a prepaid customer and already have an account. I’ve gone and bought a new prepaid sim. Before I do the steps to change my sim card, do I have to do any sort of activation of the new sim or can I just pop the number in the change box and follow the steps from there?

When I enter my phone app and go to "Recent", it states that "today" is October 29th and I cannot see any ongoing or outgoing calls since that date.My phone correctly states today's date as January 23, this is the only screen I can find with the wrong date. I’m wondering if there is a way to convert my U.S. Roaming Data Booster into regular data booster (Canada)?I expected that when I run out of Canadian data boosters that the U.S. data booster would be used. But it’s not. I know that boosters don’t expire as long as I have my account. But I don’t expect to travel to the U.S. anyway.Thanks for your help.

I purchased a 50$ koodo voucher to top up my daughters prepaid account. I tried dialing *611 and it always drops and says call failed. I tried taking out the Sim and it still would not connect. This method is how we have topped up her account in the past. When I try to set up a self serve account it ways the phone number is invalid or already has an email signed up. Neither my partner or I remembers ever setting this up. Any ideas on what we can try?

So my mom is the main account holder of my phone plan in which her name is displayed for all the transactions. The thing is she will be living outside Canada from now on and  I would like to become the main account holder. How do I do this? 

Hey folks, So my mother is now a Koodo monthly customer; she has a cell with a number already. But now wants to transfer the house landline to the cell phone, as she no longer wants the landline, but wants to keep that number. What is the process in doing that? I saw the docs on transferring from another carrier, but not sure if that is the same process?Cheers 

I am wondering why outgoing texts are billed as minutes but incoming texts are billed as SMS?  Why are outgoing texts not also SMS?  I am a prepaid monthly subscriber, and these charges are clearly visible in my booster/add-on usage history.

I upgraded my Offspring’s phone from a flip for the holidays. We received a new sim card however we cannot get it to activate for service. -- Ask a rep feature isn’t loading for me on my laptop? Heeeeeeelppppp! :) 

Hello I recently purchased a brand new IPhone 12 64 GB Black and opted for the $15/month Device Care Complete add-on. This warranty claims to include “Unlimited storage for photos and videos “ but I am unsure how to utilize this feature I’m paying for. Is the feature tied to Apple Photos, the iCloud suite of plans or another app altogether. iCloud is Apple’s service separate from Koodo so that makes no sense. Any help ?
