I am postpaid customer, this month my credit card was charged a “KOODO TOP UP REAPPROV” with $15 plus 13% tax so $16.95 along with my monthly bill. I didn’t make any top up and have no idea what this is.
The only change to my account this month is that I chose to pay off the tab amount but that’s about $200 and has not shown on my bill yet.

This charge usually appears on your credit card statement and does not show up on your Koodo pdf e-bill. If you are certain that you or anyone else did not make this purchase, I would contact your credit card issuer. Report this as fraud and see if they’ll reverse or refund the charge.

I figured out. There was a top up last month for $25. Koodo only charged $10 in last bill and this is the second part of that charge. Not sure why it separates the charges in two.
