I ordered a phone a week ago and checked the Track your order under self serve.

I inputted the order number that Koodo emailed me (copied and pasted it) and it is coming up as “Invalid order number”

Any thoughts on what the problem is?

 

@MechMan25 You ordered through the phone and a rep helped you with your request. The tool on our site currently only tracks online orders and their approval.  Your order was approved, once it ships you will receive a tracking number to see its progress via one of the major delivery services (Canada Post, UPS etc.)  The colour you ordered currently has a 2 week shipping window.  hope this helps.
