Does “Unlimited international messaging” included texting with someone who is in the US while I am Canada? Smartcell rep who is switching my account over from TELUS to Koodoo insists that it does not yet I cannot find anything to that effect (anything about the US being specifically excluded) anywhere so what is it in reality??
