Unlimited Call Forwarding add-on for $3 is not there?

Help section mentions an unlimited call forwarding add-on for $3,

but it’s not visible in the self-serve add on screen?

How do I add this feature?

these are the add-ons visible, nothing about call forwarding :(

@zb5 Very strange! I do see it available when I go in to my account.

Wonder if you tried a different browser what woud happen. A long shot, I know.
