I signed up for easy roam while overseas.  I am seeing a 10mb data charge resulting in a 100 dollar bill as well as easy roam on my account.  Can this charge be reversed as I have easy roam on my account.

Hello @Rob cha! We were able to apply an adjustment for the pay-per-use data roaming charges, since the phone began to use mobile data right after activating the International Easy Roam on the account. You’ll only see the $13 International Easy Roam charge for December 2nd on your next bill.

When you don’t need to use the services abroad, please keep your phone off or on airplane mode, because sometimes it can automatically connect to a foreign network and use mobile data in the background, which creates roaming charges.
