Can the Stream+ add on be used on Samsung tv, or does it need to be used with device registered to mobile phone on Koodo network? 

I have a Koodo account that brought while I ware in canada. Now I am outside canada and want to back canada soon. Meanwhile, bills are generating, I want to stop receiving bills till comeback to canada. Pls help me. Regards

I do not thave international LD. I used Whatsapp to make international calls to Aruba thinking the Whatsapp app uses my home wifi to make the call. The calls are showing up on my Koodo usage as phone calls at 2.75 per minute. Why?

How do I get a mail box number to retrieve my voicemail?

Hi Koodo gurus,Yesterday I bought an iPhone 13 mini to replace my good ol’ iPhone 6. The guy at the Apple Store told me all I have to do is put the two phones close to each other with bluetooth and wifi ON,  and all the data, apps, settings, etc would transfer via iCloud.But do I first have to take the SIM card out of the iPhone 6 and put it into the iPhone 13 mini?thank you!Gwenda 

Trying to cut down on cell phone usage and thought it would be easier if I had a landline (Koodo wireless I guess is the option?) I don't want the hassle of having to give out a new phone number to everyone so wondering if I can use my current cell number so it rings through on both devices (current cell and new wireless phone) if someone calls? 

When I am in a poor reception area, and someone tries to call me, they don’t hear any ringing on their end and eventually they get a message saying the call can not be competed as dialed. No opportunity to leave voicemail even. Tried switching sim to a loaner phone, and still the same issue, so assuming it’s not an issue with the phone itself. However, if I turn the phone off, they can leave a voicemail. This just started happening a while ago. Could it be a faulty sim card?

I just upgraded from my Samsung and thought I would try an iPhone. I’ve had it for a few days and I just hate it so much. I’m struggling really bad to get used to it and just overall unhappy. is there anything I can do or is it too late now

Anyone know when this is coming? Android 13 came out in October for this phone, wondering why it's taking so long 

When I try calling my voicemail it says call failed  or error performing this request Unknown error. It has been this way since June or July. I am frustrated because I have tried using self help chat and I scheduled a call back and no one can seem to help me. I am about to switch providers! Please help.

text messages from my bank are always delayed which results in being timed out

So I’ve come into a bit of a money issue and my phone got disconnected a bit ago and i wont be able to reconnect it for at least another month. With it being an extended amount of time is there any chance of them deleting my account or anything in that matter or have any issues reconnecting? With my phone being out of service i cant exactly call them for an official  statement.If it helps in the multiple years ive had this account this is the first time ive ever been disconnected. 

I can’t receive phone calls right now, since i lost my phone.But, I can make them from the internet.I want to get a new SIM card and keep my same plan.I want to purchase a used phone from my local community.Any advice on how to get a new sim card would be apprecaited.

KIndly clarify the 24 hour period for Easy Roam. I’m reading some of the articles that say once Easy Roam is initiated it will end at 11:59pm on the calendar it was initiated. As an example if Easy Roam was commenced at 7:00pm it would end at 11:59pm the same calendar day provided the time zone remains the same. And for this example lets say the time zone remains the same. I’m thinking that 24 hrs would mean from 7:00pm one day to 6:59pm the following day.

For over a week I have been unable to receive phone calls.  If I’m looking directly at the phone when a call comes in I can see the notification pane appear briefly, but before I can react to it the call is sent directly to voicemail. It’s a Samsung Galaxy A50.  I spent over an hour on the phone with 3 different reps at Samsung support, but he finally declared that he’d exhausted every troubleshooting avenue they knew to try, and that I should talk with my phone carrier.  I’ve been unable to get any kind of appropriate response via the chatbot, so I want to schedule a callback.But of course I can’t answer their calls!  I don’t have access to another phone number to use.Can the callback agents contact me via WhatsApp?  Or what other recourse do I have? 

I am having a Koodo network coverage issue at specific area. (postal code L7C)It is working fine in other areas. Its been a months and still issue is not resolved.Couple of tickets raised but no resolution. Is anybody having same issue?

I would like to clarify whether the 1000 min add on is counted in monthly basis, or only 1000 min is given for the entire contract period?

The self serve option online allows you to see phone and text usage history (just  numbers and dates of calls & texts) for the past 3 months. How do you view the same info dating back 12 months?
