I am currently using easy roam in Mexico City (CST) and later today I will be taking a flight to another state in Mexico that will have a different time zone (PST). 
Will I be charged twice today because they are different time zones? 
Or will I still be able to use the easy roaming with only one charge today until 11:59pm CST (because I started today’s roaming in the CST time zone) although I will be ending my day in a PST time zone still within the country of Mexico?

It resets at 11:59 in your current time zone.

If you are ending your day in PST, then it would be 11:59 PST.
