I want to transfer my wife’s Koodo postpaid number to a Koodo prepaid number. I am the account holder. The reason for the switch is for a couple of reasons. 1) my wife’s health has deteriorated drastically and we want a basic service. 2) we need to save money on our cellular usage.
Is it a simple process that I can do at home? I do have a Koodo Prepaid SIM card.

+4Oh yes, it’s super easy. All you need to do is activate a prepaid account with that new SIM you have, you can just pick any random number. Then port your wife’s number to the new prepaid line.
