Concern about billing

I change my base plan on September 29 from $50 to $25 but they charged me 3x on Sept 29. Pls help me, I’m new here.  Here is my billing statement.

I see… if you want to change your prepaid plan, you have to do it one day BEFORE it renews, not on the renewal day itself. In your case, it renewed the $50 plan and then you changed it, paying an additional $25.

However if you contact Koodo and explain your situation, I’m sure they will be lenient this one time. You can schedule a call back using koodomobile.com/prepaidchat - good luck!
