I am a prepaid customer frequently operating outside of the cellular network (travel to the remote north or outside of the country). Many apps and programs require 2-factor authentication. Is there any way to access my text messages while I'm outside of the cell network (eg via the internet)?

+4If you are a prepaid customer and other party send sms to you, there wasn’t a way to access it when the signal was unavailable.
if you were a postpaid customer, and using a compatible phone, you can try wifi calling though. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/wifi-calling
