Hello. I have to pay bill is little bit go up. Until last month 52.03 but this month 54.25I’ve been paying at a fixed cost so far. I just wondering why it went up.   

Hello,I recently moved to Calgary from Toronto. I changed my Sim card with a local store here in Calgary with my Alberta ID. In my bill I am still charged with Ontario HST 13%. I have kept my Toronto number.  I should be paying GST and not HST. Why tax amount is based on the area code? I no longer live there in Toronto and I have updated my address with Koodo too. I do not understand the reason behind this. You can not keep your number if you change the provinces. Is changing the number the only solution left with me?

I’m new to Koodo. I just received my first E-bill on February 19. I have it setup for pre-authorized payments to be taken out of my debit card. When exactly will Koodo pay my E-bill?

Hello,I am presently staying in India and would like to temporarily close my account. How can I do so? I tried to speak with a rep but no help so need some guidance upon my issue.

I paid my 350 dollar bill and yet my service has been cancel by koodo with out any notification. I have been trying for months to organize a call back and no one has helped me. I have been paying way too much to be dealing with such horrible service. If I cannot have a solution today, I will cancel. Could someone please help me find a way to get my service back.

I canceled my account because i left the countryand the bill is negative value,so I put auto payment(I searched on this pages so someone recommend the set auto payment) but a month later,bill still have same negative amount for billand I can not get a call from koodo because I am not in canadawhat can i do???

Hi,I set up pre authorized payments on my debit card chequing account, every month I transfer some money from my savings to cover the phone bill. I forgot to do that this month, first time it happened, and my bill on self serve says that it still got paid. How is that possible? Is it going to take a couple of days for Koodo to realize that they didn’t get their payment? I’m ready to pay my bill now.thank you 

I added a line to my account, but we want to pay our bills separately on our own credit cards, Is this possible and how do I set it up?

Hi,I was wondering why Carrier Direct billing doesn’t work with Google Play Store but works just fine with Microsoft?  Don’t tell me Koodo doesn’t support it either cause I used to use it with Play store all the time but now the option is no longer there.  I know I have premium content enabled cause I pay for Xbox Game Pass with my Koodo account and I also use my account to pay for MS Office.  What’s going on?  I’ve tried everything that Google has suggested as well to no avail. Thanks,Jordan

I did a one time payment on my credit card and now Koodo thinks I authorized monthly credit card payment. But I did not!  I looked everywhere on my account and profile and nothing indicates that any pre-authorization has been granted. I want my card removed from the system so I can pay my bills through my bank like I used to.  How do I get my card removed from the system??? Nadia 

K 6th Tab paid off with Koodo Been attempting for 2 hours to find out what my monthly bill will be without a tab paymentThis is insane - is it truly thar difficult to provide a Customer Service Rep??Totally making me think about the fact I purchased a Huawei phone WITH Insurance, it was stolen within 2 months... regardless of my loyalty I was made to pay the phone off in full - even with Criminal charges filed - knew I should have bailed then!!Anyone got a second between coffee breaks to answer a VERY simple question My Tab is paid in full,  you know what plan I'm on - what are my monthly bills moving forward??????

Why is there a red stop sign/exclamation mark under usage for messaging even though I have unlimited messaging?

I just set up for pre-authorized payments today but I'm wondering if I should pay my current bill that's due in a week manually or will the pre authorized payment come into effect immediately? 

I had few lines in Koodo and closed all of them in Jan. Now my Koodo bill got generated and I see a negative balance. How will Koodo pay that amount? I tried Koodo assist but there is no way to find an answer for this. Whom should I reach to get this amount from Koodo?

Hello Guys, My payment method is Pre-authorized, but it is returned to my bank account for some reason. So, I wanted to pay it manually through the self-service, but Koodo doesn't know this yet and showed me my bill is 0!What should I do? Because I don't want to charge for late payment. Many thanks

I’m on a Canada wide free long distance plan.  I made a call to a 1-954 area code (Florida) and spoke for 10 minutes.  My most recent bill shows an extra !!$8 charge!!!!What a surprise. But this is price gouging plain and simple. Robbery.When I go to the self serve option… I cannot even find the “normal” rate charge for a call to the USA.If I knew it was 80 cents a minute, I would not have used Koodo.I want to contest this...

How do I get Koodo to mail my bills?? Is there no option for it I need proof of my residence!!
