I payed the bill, it already shows payment payed on my bank account. Why am I still being told its due by Jan 5th

How did you pay the bill, was it by a credit card in self-serve?

If you paid by online banking, it might take several business days for the amount to show up in Koodo. When you signed into self-serve » billing » account history, can you see the amount that you paid?

Why the sudden name change?
