You should have received their contact details if you received a letter or email from the collection agency.
It looks like Koodo uses a company called CBV. The phone number appears in the answer in the link below.

Like MilkyWay mentioned, you should've received contact information for them but if you didn't I would reach out directly to Koodo as they can accurately provide you with all the details you need just so that you can be sure.
