I don’t believe so. You might not even have access to self-serve. I’d say call #227 from your Koodo phone but that may not work. You could try requesting a callback from koodo.com/chat to get assistance on how to pay.

my phone is shut off so a call back wouldnt work

Did you receive a letter from the collection agency? If so, you should be contacting them directly and ask them what methods of payment are available to pay off your debt. In many cases, you can pay it in the form of a cheque, online, or even at one of the bank branches if they allow this.
