Hi,
Taken a koodo connection on 1-Dec-2021, plan of 40$.
As billing cycle is from 7th, I received a bill on 8th Dec-2021, of 57.01$, which contain prorated bill of 11$ for 1-Dec to 7-Dec.
I paid this bill of 57.01$ on 18-Dec-2021. And ported number to another carrier.
Ideally I should receive some refund as full month service was not utilized. However, I received another bill of 28$ , with due date 2-Jan-2022.
Can someone pls guide how to get this resolved?
Is there any helpdesk number ?
