Hi,

Taken a koodo connection on 1-Dec-2021, plan of 40$.

As billing cycle is from 7th, I received a bill on 8th Dec-2021, of 57.01$, which contain prorated bill of 11$ for 1-Dec to 7-Dec. 

I paid this bill of 57.01$ on 18-Dec-2021. And ported number to another carrier.

Ideally I should receive some refund as full month service was not utilized. However, I received another bill of 28$ , with due date 2-Jan-2022.

Can someone pls guide how to get this resolved?

Is there any helpdesk number ?

What does the pdf ebill say when you download it from self serve?

What does it say the $28 is for? Are you sure this $28 is not your credit?

Just an update here, that the amount paid 57.01$ is appearing in Account history. So the bill amount is now showing (negative) -$28.63

This amount cannot be adjusted in future bill as I've ported my number to other carrier.

Now question is, how shall I get refund amount $28.63 ?
