I just switched my sim to a Galaxy A8 and it doesn’t show the wifi calling option in phone settings?? Anybody else have this issue?

I have a paid off Galaxy A71 and monthly plan with koodo right now but my phone is cracked up and I want to replace it but not doing a tab. Does anyone know if I could buy an unlocked phone, like a Pixel 6 and just put my sim in it? Thanks in advance.

Just replaced new SIM last night. Activation was a success and number was transferred properly (so I thought). Have access to internet & WiFi. But unable to access my data / phone calls / texts. 

I bought an Umidigi A13 Pro to replace my phone which was destroyed. I can not get mobile data with it. I can make out going calls, and the wifi works. Just not the mobile data. Is there something I need to set up? Cheers,

Hey there, so to make a long story short, the Apple ID my account is linked to I’ve (almost) lost access to. I don’t have my password anymore, it got changed by me a while ago and I can’t remember what I’d changed it to. I’ve exhausted my options of recovering the account so when this phone dies or I go to get a new one, I will not be able to use my number due to the fact that it’s already linked to an Apple ID but I will not be able to log into it. so, will I be able to get Koodo to remove my number from this apple account so I can put it on a new one, or if I switch to android will I be able to transfer my number there?

Wondering when we’re going to get reception service like before, been down for a week, using wi-fi for texts and calls from home.  Outside there’s no service unless driving 2-3kms awayCaledon village Ont, Kennedy Rd west on  Dougal

We have two separate phones with koodo, and just today we call in to voicemail and after 3 tones it hangs up on us

My voicemail keeps giving me an error message for the past few days. From previous posts I understand that a tech needs to reset it.  Asking for a tech to please do this for me, thank you!

just upgraded from an xr to a 14plus, im a koodo customer, can i use the sim card from the xr & put it into the new 14plus? thx

I’m really starting to get frustrated my phone is constantly dropping calls and so frequently! It’s really impacting my business. I have just noticed that in the past 2 months the service has really dropped in quality. The calls drop every 15 to 20 minutes. Please can someone fix this? Or help me? Otherwise I may have to change carriers again. 

I changed my plan with Koodo to include more data.  Prior to doing so, I was able to receive many visual voicemail and leave them in my voicemail of my iPhone.  After my plan update, if I have more than 10 messages that I listened to in my phone visual voicemail, the next call I get results in the caller getting a message that my mailbox is full. I listened to all of the messages and the mailbox should not be full.   It’s as if the messages are not clearing from the Koodo mailbox.   The only option I can find is to delete my visual voicemail messages which is inappropriate.  I already listened to the messages and want to keep some for archive purposes.   I tried deleting every single message from my visual voicemail, then I used a different phone to leave messages.  After 10 voicemails, I get a message on my phone that my mailbox is 100% full.  I listened to each of the 10 visual voicemail messaages.  When I call from a different #, I receive a message that the mailbox is full.  I alre

Does Koodo need to know that I have changed phones?  I damaged my last one and bought a new one,  have transferred all my info over to the new one as well as the SIM card.   

My phone is no longer able to connect to the network , yes I re started it many times.. and tried all the suggested things... maybe these phones are just a POS ? I  wound up putting the sim card on my old cracked S9 and it worked fine  so no network problems ... anything I  can do?

I would like the service where callers have to input a number to get through, so robocalling is eliminated. I had it then disabled it. wondering how I can restore it. 

I have a Samsung Galaxy A52 and was using a tempered glass screen protector. My phone was being weird all of a sudden and wouldn’t respond to my touch, so I took off the screen protector, and now there are bubbles on my phone screen. Is this permanent damage to my new, expensive phone or is this something I shouldn’t freak out about?

I have an old koodo phone I am trying to put another Sim card into it and it's asking for a pin.*********0330707Was told I can get the unlock pin from koodo using these numbers. 

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 15.4 … I want to set it for NO Roaming, NONE, Zip, Zilch. To go with Network > Koodo (i.e. not AUTOMATIC)    But on my phone I can’t find the setting. Google searches all give different methods, and none match what I see on my phone - there’s no Roaming setting. Is it only visible when certain other settings are on?

Hello, I am needing to reverse the block i have on private numbers but not sure how!?   Can Someone please help me. Koodo is currently not booking reps to call people as i have tried yesterday and today. Also the store near me wont answer and its also out of town. 

Weird question but we’re going into a court dispute and a recording of a phone call would be beneficial. Is there a way to request a recording or transcript of a call?

Hello,My son’s cell phone data just stopped working today on his iphone XR and we have no idea why. In the settings he is being prompted to add an esim.  However he has an actual sim card which was working until today.We tried to power off the phone, he backed it up and reset to factory settings, he checked for updates and nothing so far has worked.   Can anyone explain why this has happened and how we can get his cellular data to start working again? Thanks for your support!Kim 

Recently got a OnePlus 10T and I am on Fido in Canada. I was told that wifi calling would work with Telus and their subsidiaries. Does anyone have experience using wifi calling on a OnePlus 10T with Koodo?Thanks,Ben
