My phone is no longer able to connect to the network , yes I re started it many times.. and tried all the suggested things... maybe these phones are just a POS ? I  wound up putting the sim card on my old cracked S9 and it worked fine  so no network problems ... anything I  can do?

What was the status of the phone when you put your SIM card in? Was it “no SIM” or “Emergency only”? 
Also, was the phone from Koodo?


Ah I don't think it's come out that the a52 in particular has bad network connection record. Quality control is never 100% and you might have gotten a lemon. When did you get the phone? I'd initiate a return/exchange if within the time frame for it. Otherwise you'd have to get it repaired on warranty.


The phone registers the sim, it just says no network connection... other than no phone calls / Mobile internet it works fine on wifi...  yes I bought it from koodo


Well after speaking with a koodo rep... the phone is in for warranty ... thanks to all who replied!
