dropped calls iphone

I’m really starting to get frustrated my phone is constantly dropping calls and so frequently! It’s really impacting my business. I have just noticed that in the past 2 months the service has really dropped in quality. The calls drop every 15 to 20 minutes. Please can someone fix this? Or help me? Otherwise I may have to change carriers again.

Hi Dinh, I find it happens both inside and outside. All areas of my home which is in the GTA just a few minutes away from Toronto. I have an iPhone 8 Plus but not sure how that might impact the quality of Koodo services.

It happens indoors and outdoors and I’m in Markham just a few mins away from Toronto. I’m close to a tower too. I have an iPhone 8 Plus. Could this be my phone issue? My bar is only two bars and drops calls all the time sooo frequently and I’m a business owner and trying to run my business. I need help.

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps as mentioned in the link mentioned above? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/im-not-getting-any-networkservice Sometimes a simple reset of networks settings would help.

How long have you been using the iPhone8plus? If possible, can you switch the SIM to another phone and see if the signal reception increase?
