Postpaid, definitely not the phone receiving strong reception away from here, most likely tower issue
Don’t know anyone in the area, I see a couple of cell towers at a parking lot near and a skyjack lift next to it, been over a week

That likely means they are doing some maintenance work over the cellular tower. It will take some time before it is functional.
