Moved and service not good

Hi

My daughter and I have phones with you but our service where we just moved yesterday is not good.  Can you suggest anything before we change cell phone service companies?

Which phone do you have?

A couple of options. Enabling Wi-Fi calling on your phone should help with weak cellular signals. You will need a VoLTE-capable phone and a VoLTE add-on that you can add from within your self-serve account and Wi-Fi access within your home. Wi-Fi calling is automatically added after the VoLTE add-on has been added.

Most iPhones (6, 6 Plus and newer) support VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling. For Android devices, there is a list of phones that support VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling. I’ll provide links for Android VoLTE and Wi-Fi device support.

Another option is to purchase a cellular signal amplifier/booster. The initial cost is a little steep, but it will pay for itself over time.
