messages not updating

my messages usage on my selfserve are not updating. data and phone calls are.  Any one else having this problem?

Are you still having this issue? If so have you tried using a different device/browser?

Yes I have tried signing in on my computer as well as on my phone.  My phone updates fine but my husbands phone dies not update messages only data and phone calls

Has your husband tried using a different web browser? The default internet one, safari, chrome, etc.

Yes.  He has tried that as well

Can you check if those message was “sms or mms”? If they were RCS or imessage, you wouldn't see the usage in selfserve

They were iMessages.   So I guess thst is the answer.   Thank you very much  fir clearing thst up fir me.👍🙂
