Hello, I am needing to reverse the block i have on private numbers but not sure how!? Can Someone please help me. Koodo is currently not booking reps to call people as i have tried yesterday and today. Also the store near me wont answer and its also out of town.

What phone do you have?
Typically for android devices, you go into your phone app, go into settings from the top right 3 dots corner, and then tap “Block Numbers” and you will have the option to block or unblock private numbers. Samsung calls it “Block Numbers” lg calls it “Call Blocking and Decline with message”but the verbiage will have something to do with blocking calls or numbers. Then you can choose to reject or block or unrejext or unblock.
For Apple you'd go to settings, phone, and look for call blocking to make sure it isn't blocking or silencing all unknown calls.
