I purchased a LG Stylo 3+ in September 2017 which I’m now trying to use with another carrier. It’s asking for an unlock code. How do I get one I’m no longer a customer.

I was almost the victim of a scam, and they do have some of my info including my phone number, so I want to put a temporary hold on any requests for porting or SIM swap on my number to ensure they can't get ahold of anything. Anyone have any idea how I can do this or what number to call?

Yesterday  I started using my new ZTE WF723CA Wireless home phone hub hooked up to my home phone that I had been using for many years with my Bell copper landline.  Although I can hear people very clearly, everyone complains that I sound awful--raspy, like a transistor radio type quality of sound.  This was not the case with my Bell landline so I don’t think my phone is the problem.   Just to be sure, I tried it with an old fashioned push button corded phone--but sound was still bad.  I have full signal strength and the device is beside a window.  I had placed my cordless phone hub as far away as possible in the room, but it does need to connect to the ZTE so must remain within the same room.  Is this to be expected with the ZTE device?  ARe there adjustments that can be made?

My large family has a group text set up that is ongoing but i seem to be always confused as i do not get the replies from some of the members but others do. My sister and I have reviewed her thread for the same group and she is getting messages that i am not. My phone is an LG, so Android. Is there something i have to do in order to get all of the messages?Thank you in advance for anything you can share to assist.

I have an iPhone 6S and I was looking to get a newer phone. Not brand new though. And I was wondering if it was possible to take my current Koodo phone number and put it on a newer phone. I don’t want to get a new phone number, I would like to keep the one I have now. Let me know, please.

My phone data speeds are .16 for download and 1.4 for upload. sometimes it doesn’t work at all. I have 3 bars of signal and there is a 4g symbol. My phone is a samsung s10. it seems to be blocked to 2g speeds.I needed to get TELUS (the network carrier)to unblock the phone so that wifi calling would work and this seems to be a similiar issue.I have a Koodo account with 4g and 6gb data. it did previously work 

My relative in the UK is trying to call my cell in Canada but is not getting through.Does Koodo block incoming international calls ?

I can't call, I can't text messages.When I call the other person, it does not connect with the message 7b1 your phone is not activated on the network.How do I get in contact with a rep as everything is automated now and no help?

Hi, I have 100 minutes for outgoing calls for my plan and I’m pretty sure that I did not use even half of it.But I can’t call anyone currently.Would you please solve my problem?I tried to find a phone number from Koodo customer service. But it seems there’s no number.

I’ve been away for 4 months, and now that I’m home my phone doesn’t work.  When I try to make a call I get a message “your phone is not registered on a network”.l’ve removed and reinserted the SIM, and restarted, but no luck.  It’s a new phone, but it worked fine when I bought it in December.Can anyone help? 

I am about to travel to France & Spain and I am wondering if I can text via hotel wifi (on airplane mode) on my iPhone to iPhone user in Canada without being charged for roaming. Thanks!

A little while ago I replied to Koodo text message to “STOP” sending me promotional texts.How do I enable this feature again to get Koodo Promo texts again.

Hi, I’m looking to reset my voicemail to default. I do not have a greeting, but I had recorded my name when I set it up and it plays when you reach voicemail. I’d like to remove this and have the voice recording just list my number instead, “You’ve reached xxx-xxx-xxxx”. I could not find any support articles about this though I may have missed something.  *edited solved 

I bought a reconditioned iPhone, it came with 2 Public Mobile SIM cards.  Can these be used with my Koodo plan?

my home phone is ringing and has lots of service. But will not connect when I hit TALK on the phone. Changed phones and reset home device. Every time the phone just keeps ringing and my phone will not pick up?

So, two issues - or maybe just one issue causing both things? 1- I get no notifications of new voicemails.2- I get “Connection problem or invalid MMI code” when I attempt to dial into the voicemail mailbox.  So, no way to access any messages that might be there. I’ve tried resetting my phone, running in safemode, resetting all network settings, reseating the SIM card, and removing any apps that I’ve installed within the last month - none of these have helped. Hoping that the community might have some helpful advice!  Thanks in advance to anyone that might have a clue what to try next :)  

This company is a scam and a half. Without any contact they changed the account number and my auto payments went into the air. After hours on the phone they blamed me, Misha threatened to cancel helping me and would not let me say a single sentence, no one could show me the change I made 2 months ago and no one could provide a signed contract besides my original from 7 years ago. Reps don’t give dealer numbers or provide you with anything to hold them accountable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

Hello,I added Instant Voicemail to my phone plan on April 10 2023 and received a confirmation e-mail from Koodo saying my services were updated. If I understand this link from the Help section correctly, I should be receiving a MMS with future voicemails attached and not receive the traditional voicemail notification. Since then, I no longer receive the traditional voicemail notifications as indicated, but I do not receive a MMS when I receive a voicemail; I still have to dial my voicemail inbox “the old way” to check my messages. My mobile data is turned on as per the requirements, and turning wifi off while using wifi does not make a delayed MMS appear in my messages.I have a Google Pixel 4a and have not blocked Koodo’s messages in the past. What number should I be receiving the MMS from? Are there special settings in the Pixel 4a I should be looking at? There are some green lines on our iPhone 11 screen, it wasn't dropped on the ground or soaked in water. I am suggested to use some iOS system repair tool to solve the software issues, such as Tenorshare or Joyoshare UltFix, are they really works? Any one used them?

My phone is stuck on “SIM card updating”. It was working fine before. I did not touch anything.  Tried removing and putting back the SIM card. Checked my account and my phone number is active. I don’t have another phone to call Koodo for help.

Hi does anyone here have a TCL 20S pro that did the update recently it did mine and my husband automatically overnight and for the past week he cant do any outside calls after 2 rings it hangs up and says no response call timed out I went to Telus technical solutions I have done 2 factory resets nothing works has anyone had the same issue ? 

Hello, I am currently in Portugal for 2 months and I’ve put my plan on seasonal hold. I’m now trying to do my taxes but the CRA and my bank need to get in touch with via my QC phone number (got a France # while I was out here). How do I manage this considering I have to either receive texts or make call + waiting time for certain services ? In this particular instance, my credit card needs to be unlocked to have access to some documentation but I have no good way of getting them on the phone for less the 1 euro a minute…. Help me please, not sure what to do here.Theo
