I purchased new phone and VM does not answer calls.  I can access my VM but no one can leave message, the phone just keeps ringing without VM cutting in.  How do I fix this?

Are you a new customer or an existing one? Did the voicemail work before?

You may need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to speak with a rep. They would be able to reset your voicemail.  https://Koo.do/Chat
